Return Policy

CloudWalking offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us at bcome@cloudwalking.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, CloudWalking will cover the return shipping costs in full. Please include photographs of the damage when contacting us so we can assist you promptly.

For returns unrelated to damage or defects, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
