Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please contact us at bcome.official@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Change of mind returns If you've changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. As our products ship internationally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
